Remote Nurse – AI Model Training (Hourly)

About the role

We are seeking qualified nurses and other healthcare professionals to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that provide medical information. This remote, independent‑contract position allows you to work on your own schedule while contributing to the development of safe, accurate AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex healthcare‑related problems and assess their responses.
• Evaluate the quality of AI model outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Ensure the medical accuracy of model performance and deliver feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• A current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD).
