Remote Graphic Designer (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the milk + honey marketing team on a contract basis. This remote position involves creating email, social, and print assets while collaborating closely with our senior designer and marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design promotional email campaigns, newsletters, and lifecycle sequences in Klaviyo (≈50% of time).
• Create organic and paid social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including static images, carousels, and stories (≈30%).
• Produce print‑ready materials such as direct mail, in‑spa collateral, and event graphics (≈15%).
• Handle special projects like presentations, internal templates, and brand support (≈5%).

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for pixel‑level precision.
• Comfortable iterating based on feedback and proactive in problem‑solving.
• Experience working with wellness, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Typography, hierarchy, color theory, and visual balance.
• Email design for Klaviyo, including light and dark mode rendering.
• Social media design for organic and paid formats.
• Figma for landing pages and web banners.
• Print production knowledge (bleed, resolution, specs).
