About the role
This remote, entry‑level Office Assistant position supports daily administrative tasks, coordination, and internal operations for a growing U.S.-based organization. Key responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual sessions (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
- Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and organize documents, files, and spreadsheets.
- Respond to emails, assist with internal communication, and support basic customer or internal inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and other administrative processes.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow‑ups, ensuring confidentiality of company information.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- 0–2 years of experience in admin, customer service, retail, or support roles.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a professional, positive attitude in a remote environment.
