Remote Clinical Pharmacist – Medication Management

About the role

We are looking for experienced Clinical Pharmacists to join a remote, collaborative team supporting injured workers. The role focuses on medication management, clinical interventions, and ensuring safe, cost‑effective drug utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Review prescription requests for clinical appropriateness and approve or deny based on evidence.
• Assess patient histories, drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse effect risks.
• Provide clinical recommendations and intervention strategies to improve safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and internal teams on medication guidelines and treatment plans.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to identify usage trends, safety concerns, and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support utilization management, pharmacy review processes, and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• BPharm or PharmD from an ACPE‑accredited college.
• Active RPh license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical, managed‑care, PBM, or similar settings.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
