Remote Clinical Pharmacist (May 2026 start)

About the role

Walrus Health is expanding its pharmacist team to deliver data‑driven clinical services through a digital platform. As a Remote Clinical Pharmacist you will engage with members online, provide medication‑management guidance, and help align therapy with clinical guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review claims data and automated clinical opportunities to make evidence‑based recommendations.
• Assist members in downloading and using the Walrus app.
• Conduct digital clinical engagements and refer members to employer‑sponsored programs when appropriate.
• Make therapy recommendations to providers and collaborate with internal teams on projects.
• Contribute to the development of internal clinical and member‑facing products.
• Participate in client and prospect calls as needed and provide clinical coverage outside normal hours.

Required profile

• PharmD or equivalent advanced degree and active pharmacist license in a US state.
• Residency training (PGY‑1 or PGY‑2) with at least 2 years of patient and clinician interaction experience.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed despite remote work.
