About the role

SalesRoads is seeking a remote B2B Appointment Setter to generate qualified sales meetings for client companies. You will work from a quiet home office, making outbound calls to business decision‑makers and delivering concise, value‑based introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B phone calls to business contacts and decision‑makers.
• Deliver a clear, value‑focused introduction and qualify interest.
• Set qualified appointments for client sales teams (no closing required).
• Accurately document activity and outcomes in company systems.
• Participate in coaching, training, and call reviews to improve performance.
• Grow within clearly defined career paths based on performance and values.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound B2B calling, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Confident, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making cold calls to business decision‑makers.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base pay of $17.00 /hour (W2) with uncapped commission, on‑target earnings around $22.50 /hour.
• Typical full‑time earnings $40,000–$55,000 /year, with top performers earning more.
