Remote Appointment Setter – Hotel & Cruise Bookings

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, goal‑oriented Appointment Setter to join our remote hotel and cruise booking team. In this role you will connect with prospective travelers, schedule consultations and introduce them to our personalized travel planning services.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email and social media to promote our hotel and cruise booking services.
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for travel advisors and hotel specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions and appointment status.
• Respond to basic inquiries and forward detailed questions to the appropriate team member.
• Follow up with previous contacts to sustain interest and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to optimise outreach efforts and improve lead conversion.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients via phone or video platforms.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Friendly, professional and client‑focused demeanor.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be 18 years or older with reliable internet access and a personal computer.
