The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor for customers at the Parkside Avenue branch, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized banking, lending, and investment solutions. The role focuses on building long‑lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored banking, lending and investment solutions based on customers’ needs.
• Proactively engage customers to identify cross‑selling opportunities and resolve issues.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals and community engagement.

• Support nearby branch locations when business needs require.
