Regional Vice President of Operations – Western & Midwestern US

About the role

A.C.Coy is seeking a seasoned executive to lead operations across the Western and Midwestern United States. This remote position requires extensive travel to oversee warehousing, fleet, and service delivery functions, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational and commercial strategies for multiple territories.
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting and cost control for half of the U.S.
• Lead, mentor and develop 4 Territory Directors, 75+ managers and 400‑600 associates.
• Drive process improvements, compliance and best‑practice implementation.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, workplace safety and risk mitigation.
• Lead sales and relationship initiatives with customers ranging from sole proprietors to national accounts.
• Collaborate with senior executives across Sales, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Analyze operational data to create KPI metrics and drive performance.
• Strengthen partnerships with commercial accounts, installers and franchisees.

Required profile

• 15+ years of multi‑site or territory operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within distribution, logistics or supply‑chain services.
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility and strategic growth.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
