Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Roadway Moving is seeking a hands‑on Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring process for its high‑volume field positions. You will move quickly from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the best talent joins our team and contributes to our culture of accountability and kindness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for drivers, movers, quality‑control agents, sales representatives, dispatchers and other field roles.
• Source, screen, interview candidates and coordinate offers.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Write, post and refresh job ads on LinkedIn, TeamTailor and other platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Conduct structured phone and in‑person interviews and provide clear hiring‑manager recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and keep searches moving.
• Extend offers, answer candidate questions and guide new hires through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate data and notes in the applicant tracking system.
• Represent Roadway positively to every candidate, often as their first impression of the company.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in logistics or moving companies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and multi‑state DOL guidelines is a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building, organization, and communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Bronx four days a week and one day remote.
