Quality Control Inspector

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all materials, work‑in‑process and finished products meet Quikserv’s high quality standards. The role supports the manufacturing team by performing inspections, identifying non‑conforming items and driving continuous improvement in the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming materials, work‑in‑process, final assembly and finished goods.
• Process, quarantine and record non‑conforming goods, returns, re‑works and waste.
• Follow established inspection protocols and maintain accurate quality records.
• Recommend specification changes and conduct root‑cause analysis on minor quality issues.
• Participate in production meetings and daily shop‑floor huddles to communicate concerns and corrective actions.
• Analyze RGAs to identify patterns or gaps in the quality control process.
• Follow all safety procedures and suggest improvements to enhance workplace safety.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of quality control inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as product receipt, inventory control, workflow, crating and shipping.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work overtime when needed and handle physical tasks (lift ≥ 50 lb, stand for long periods).
• Attention to detail and ability to read dimensional drawings.

• Interpretation of dimensional drawings.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
