About the role

The Community Social Work Professional will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of human development projects focused on health, prevention, inclusion and overall wellbeing for neighboring communities. This role ensures compliance with the Environmental Impact Study (ESIA) commitments and promotes sustainable actions with clear performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with national regulations and HSE standards across all program activities.
• Coordinate and implement health and wellbeing projects that improve quality of life in influence communities.
• Supervise contractors, suppliers and partner organisations, guaranteeing achievement of targets, schedules and contractual obligations.
• Conduct field visits, social audits and on‑site verifications to monitor technical and administrative progress.
• Design and launch community campaigns on prevention, inclusion, health, child protection and gender‑based violence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Health Sciences or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing social projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in community health, gender, inclusion and child protection projects.
• Experience collaborating with governments, NGOs, consultants and community groups.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and data‑management tools for reporting.
• Knowledge of project design, planning, monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with current public health, family, child, gender and social development regulations.
