Production Associate

About the role

Join Bimbo Bakeries USA as a Production Associate, an entry‑level position in a bakery environment where you will help create fresh baked goods for millions of consumers. You will work on a team dedicated to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate high‑powered bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
• Package finished products and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Move, stack, and handle pans, ingredient containers, and other production materials.
• Inspect products, reject those that do not meet specifications, and take corrective actions to reduce waste.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, food‑safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Complete all required training, audits, and company‑approved procedures.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1‑3 years of manufacturing experience; food‑manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and work in a warm environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication in English.

Required skills

• Operation of high‑powered bakery machinery.
