Production Assistant

About the role

As a Production Assistant you will support daily manufacturing operations by tracking operational data, managing inventory, and keeping records up‑to‑date. You will help ensure smooth production flow and contribute to meeting the area’s performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update operational records in management systems promptly.
• Support control and monitoring of raw material, packaging material, and finished‑goods inventories.
• Prepare operational reports that aid team analysis and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with plant departments to guarantee accurate and timely information for operations.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and strengthening operational controls.
• Provide administrative support to the production area as business needs arise.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in production, operations, logistics, inventory or similar areas.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with ERP systems or data‑analysis tools (preferred).
