Product Marketing Lead

About the role

Hilbert is seeking its first dedicated Product Marketing Lead to shape how the company is presented to the market. Reporting directly to the founding team, you will define positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies while building the marketing function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own Hilbert’s positioning and messaging across all product launches.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including pricing, launch plans, and customer communications.
• Create and manage a content engine covering podcasts, thought leadership, case studies, and marketing collateral.
• Plan and run events to engage target operators and enterprise customers.
• Partner with founders and GTM leaders on market research, pricing, and overall strategy.
• Establish brand voice and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Build repeatable marketing systems, content cadence, and measurement frameworks.
• Recruit, lead, and scale a marketing team as the organization grows.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably supporting enterprise customers.
• Proven track record in positioning, messaging, pricing, and product launches.
• Ability to translate complex, data‑heavy product updates into clear communications.
• Strong storytelling skills and a builder mindset.
• Passion for AI‑driven solutions and a growth‑oriented, high‑ownership approach.
