Product Manager, Legal Entity Management Systems

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve its Legal Entity Management ecosystem. The role bridges legal operations, technology and product ownership, ensuring the Diligent legal entity platform and iManage document system support the company’s global real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and manage user access for Diligent and iManage on a daily basis.
• Act as the primary product owner for the legal entity management ecosystem – gather requirements, prioritize enhancements and drive adoption across corporate legal, investment, accounting and operations teams.
• Partner with engineering to design, test and implement integrations with Oracle, OneStream and other peripheral systems.
• Monitor integration health and data quality, diagnose anomalies, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of legal entity data flows and use it to identify gaps, propose improvements and ensure governance.

Required profile

• Background in real‑estate legal operations combined with a strong technology mindset.
• Experience owning a product or platform and working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize road‑maps.
