Product Designer – Fragrance Packaging

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to lead the creation of premium fragrance packaging. The role combines creative vision with technical expertise to develop bottles, caps, boxes, and gift sets that reflect luxury aesthetics and functional performance. You will manage the full design process from concept to market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of fragrance packaging, including bottles, caps, boxes, and gift sets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end creative process – from sketches and mood boards to technical drawings and production artwork.
• Research and apply beauty and luxury design trends to generate innovative packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, R&D) and external vendors to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and technical accuracy.
• Review and approve prototypes and samples to guarantee design quality and consistency.
• Stay informed about new materials, finishes, and production techniques relevant to fragrance packaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of product or packaging design experience in the fragrance, beauty, or cosmetics industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing fragrance or beauty packaging projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks) – a plus.
• Understanding of packaging materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
