About the role

Ochsner Health’s Women’s Services at Ochsner Baptist is a Level 4 Center for Maternal and Neonatal care, serving both routine and high‑complexity pregnancies. The department is the primary teaching site for the Ochsner OB/GYN residency and Maternal‑Fetal Medicine fellowship, offering continuous sub‑specialty support such as maternal‑fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, and urogynecology. As a Physician in this service you will join a team that includes an OB Hospitalist and an in‑house OB‑GYN attending at all times, contributing to a culture of service, healing, education, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive obstetric care for patients with routine and complicated pregnancies.
Collaborate with on‑site sub‑specialty teams, including maternal‑fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, and urogynecology, to ensure optimal outcomes.
Participate in the education and training of OB/GYN residents and fellows as part of the primary teaching site.
