About the role

Ochsner Children’s Hospital in New Orleans is seeking a board‑certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join a faculty of seven specialists. The role involves delivering anesthesia care across a broad spectrum of pediatric cases in a supportive, collegial environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for a wide range of pediatric cases, from routine outpatient procedures to complex neonatal surgery and liver transplants.
Collaborate with surgeons, multidisciplinary teams, and the existing faculty of seven pediatric anesthesiologists at Ochsner Children’s Hospital.

Required profile

Completion of a Pediatric Anesthesiology fellowship or equivalent experience with subspecialty certification.
Commitment to a supportive, collegial environment and willingness to engage in academic activities such as teaching and research.
