About the role

The Sales Associate provides quality customer service and drives product sales in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, creating a unique shopping experience that helps attract and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service, greeting shoppers and assisting multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell merchandise and services, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain store operations, including work lists, clean‑up tasks, weekly shipments, and store upkeep.
• Utilize product knowledge to present merchandise effectively.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Protect company assets by following internal control procedures.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of customer‑service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with initiative and strong attention to detail.
• Team‑player passionate about outstanding service and sales.
