Part-time Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Maintenance Technician to join Diamond Rock Rentals, a Greystar portfolio. The role supports the physical upkeep of apartments, common areas and grounds, ensuring safety, cleanliness and functionality for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts whenever possible rather than replacing them.
