Part-Time Leasing Professional – Lake Buena Vista

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to join its Lake Buena Vista community in Orlando. You will be the front‑line representative, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records of apartment availability, prospect traffic, and resident data using on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
