Operations Training Partner – Remote (Southeast US)

About the role

Shake Shack is seeking an Operations Training Partner to lead training and coaching initiatives across its Southeast territory. This remote position supports team member onboarding, new restaurant openings, manager development, and licensee training while ensuring consistent execution of company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee team member and manager training execution within the assigned region.
• Provide feedback on training materials and facilitate LTO (Limited Time Offer) training.
• Source and manage trainers for new store openings (NSOs) and partner with Area Directors on post‑opening action plans.
• Develop local trainers to build self‑sufficiency and execute quarterly focus training.
• Document Shack visits, deliver operational feedback, and support MIT (Manager in Training) calls.
• Assist with licensee and international training programs and certify training compliance.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3‑5 years of relevant hospitality experience, including 1‑3 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Minimum 1 year facilitating multi‑unit training and 2+ years management experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of company SOPs, standards, and processes.
