About the role

Infosys is seeking a Mortgage Product Owner to join its Financial Services unit, driving digital transformation for banking clients. Based in Plano, TX, you will work across multiple US locations to shape mortgage and loan origination solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities aligned with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution performance.
• Document system customizations, configurations, and draft standard operating procedures.
• Research third‑party mortgage products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation of solutions, address integration issues, and maintain SOPs for system stability.
