About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Mid-Market Account Director for its Talent Solutions portfolio. In this hybrid role you will act as a trusted adviser to mid‑market customers, helping them adopt and derive value from LinkedIn’s talent and learning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Research customers’ businesses and prepare insightful questions for meetings.
- Ask layered, open‑ended questions to uncover objectives and challenges.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer organization, both vertically and horizontally.
- Lead with solutions rather than products, aligning recommendations with customer goals.
- Drive customer decision‑making with a shared vision and clear value propositions.
- Use data and insights to support investment recommendations and address objections.
- Proactively mitigate churn risk through a customer‑centric approach.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand the value delivered to customers.
Required profile
- Strategic, consultative selling mindset with a focus on customer success.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate agreements.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different stakeholder needs.
- Ability to map key stakeholders and develop outreach strategies.
- Commitment to acting with integrity and advocating for the customer’s best interests.
