Mid-Level Graphic Designer – Creative Agency

About the role

We are looking for a talented, concept‑driven Graphic Designer to join our small, passionate Creative team in New York. The role sits at the heart of Sidecar’s beverage‑focused agency, turning client briefs into compelling visual solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own design projects from concept through final production across multiple brands, maintaining consistent brand identities.
• Create assets for point‑of‑sale, digital, social, event materials, presentations and more.
• Present design rationale to internal teams and clients, incorporate feedback and manage revisions.
• Mentor and review work of the Junior Designer, providing constructive direction.
• Support the Senior Art Director and ACD on photoshoots, brainstorms and internal design initiatives such as the agency website and events.

Required profile

• Conceptual thinker who can translate insight into execution.
• Self‑motivated, takes initiative yet follows direction well.
• Clear communicator comfortable with creative and non‑creative audiences.
• Enjoys mentoring others and raising overall work quality.
• Keen interest in culture, trends and the drinks industry.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, eager to learn new skills and help build the agency.
