Merchandising Representative

About the role

The Merchandising Representative will act as the face of the Celsius brand across grocery, specialty, health‑club and convenience stores in assigned markets. This field‑based position requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, a passion for the brand, and the ability to travel between stores Wednesday through Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including new floor displays, signage, and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Visit target accounts, negotiate placement of PDQs, end caps and coolers with store managers.
• Maintain proper stock levels, rotate backstock, and ensure shelves, cold vaults and stand‑alone coolers are merchandised according to brand guidelines.
• Conduct product demos on request and support new store openings or resets.
• Capture weekly photos and submit reporting documents to the regional manager.
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager.

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation and ability to serve as a brand ambassador.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and successful Motor Vehicle Record screening.
• Willingness to work a Wednesday‑through‑Sunday schedule.
• Ability to travel within the assigned market (Burnsville, MN; St. Louis, MO; Omaha, NE).
