About the role
The Marketing Specialist for the Workforce Center will design and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns that attract individual professionals and corporate partners nationwide. Reporting to the Director, you will support Account‑Based Marketing initiatives and help grow enrollment and partnership revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a data‑driven marketing roadmap to increase brand awareness, enrollment, and corporate partnerships.
- Create, produce, and oversee digital content across email, paid ads, social media, video, and digital billboards, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Execute and optimize PPC, SEO, and paid media campaigns using Google Ads, AdRoll, and related platforms.
- Maintain and update content on the registration system and website to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate ROI reports, and continuously refine strategies for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the Workforce Center and assist with additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
- Clear, professional communication skills for internal and external audiences.
- Experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing, preferably in an educational or training environment.
