About the role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join Acast’s US team. In this role you will support the execution of B2B events, manage the company’s social media presence, and help produce content that positions Acast as a leader in the podcast industry.
Key responsibilities
- Execute on‑the‑ground logistics for Acast’s US event calendar, including trade shows, sponsored activations and client events.
- Coordinate vendors, creative materials, staffing and provide on‑site support for each activation.
- Develop and deliver co‑marketing programs with agency, distribution and creator partners.
- Collect post‑event data, compile performance summaries and feed results into ROI and attribution models.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of Acast’s US social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Reddit and emerging platforms), including scheduling, community management and engagement.
- Create and maintain a social content calendar aligned with commercial moments, campaigns and industry trends.
- Produce platform‑native content such as copy, graphics and short‑form video that reflects Acast’s brand voice for B2B audiences.
- Monitor social performance metrics, generate regular reports and recommend optimisation actions.
- Capture event content (photos, short‑form video, social‑ready clips) for ongoing and campaign use.
- Assist in creating and publishing blog posts, case studies, event recaps and thought‑leadership pieces.
- Support the production of sales enablement and partner‑facing materials while ensuring brand consistency.
Required profile
- Motivated and creative individual with a passion for podcasting and media.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple events and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills for B2B content creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with PR, Marketing and Sales teams.
Required skills
- Experience managing LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram and Reddit accounts.
- Proficiency in creating copy, graphics and short‑form video for social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
