Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our onsite team on a long‑term contract basis. In this role you will support an operations leader by creating executive‑ready presentations and clear communication materials for a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create presentations, proposals and written materials that meet business and operational communication needs.
• Partner with a leader to organize messaging, prepare meeting content and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Translate complex information into visually effective slides and documents for internal audiences.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing and communication support activities in an onsite corporate setting.
• Manage multiple assignments, adapt quickly to changing deadlines and shifting business priorities.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Teams, to produce clear communications and support collaboration.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, formatting and overall quality before distribution.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications or administrative support.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working onsite and participating in an onsite interview process.
