Manufacturing Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing residential energy company that is scaling its manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Manager will lead hands‑on assembly, production scheduling and quality to meet ambitious output targets during a critical growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day assembly operations and a team of 8–10 staff.
• Own production schedules, quality standards, and overall output.
• Drive delivery against targets of approximately 700 systems this year.
• Build manufacturing structure from the ground up, including processes, KPIs and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in manufacturing or production leadership.
• Experience in contract manufacturing or similar environments.
• Comfortable working on the shop floor and close to day‑to‑day operations.
• Hands‑on operator who can build systems, not just manage them.
