Managing Director, GTM – Managed Services

About the role

CFGI is seeking a Managing Director, GTM to accelerate growth of its Managed Services practice. You will lead the sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close engagements with private‑equity‑backed and growth‑stage finance leaders, leveraging an existing GTM infrastructure and proprietary CFO command center.

Key responsibilities

• Own and actively develop a qualified pipeline of Managed Services opportunities across multiple industries.
• Manage a portfolio of client pursuits from discovery through signed contract, building strong relationships.
• Lead the full sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Apply a data‑driven approach to deal qualification and continuously improve the process.
• Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) hygiene and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• Proven operator with an execution mindset in a high‑performance, high‑accountability environment.
• Experience selling finance or managed‑services solutions to CFOs, PE‑backed firms, or growth‑stage companies.
• Comfort working collaboratively with a GTM leader and a structured playbook.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
