Make Ready/Turn Technician – Northerly

About the role
The Make Ready/Turn Technician ensures vacant apartments are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. This role involves technical and mechanical work to turn units into market‑ready condition quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all repairs and improvements to apartments before resident move‑in, following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
- Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
- Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
- Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under the direction of the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.
Required profile
- Ability to follow a detailed make‑ready checklist.
- Willingness to work a standard Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
Required skills
- Caulking and sealing of interior fixtures.
- Sheetrock inspection, repair, and replacement.
- Touch‑up painting for residential units.
