Maintenance Technician

About the role

Peak Management is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to support two of its residential communities – Oxford Place Apartments (306+ units) and The Reserves at Oxford Place (132+ units). The role involves delivering above‑standard maintenance services, handling technical and HVAC issues, and responding to on‑call requests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across both properties.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and other building systems.
• Respond to on‑call rotation duties, addressing issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance while working in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions.

Required profile

• Prior experience in property or building maintenance.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment upkeep.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, bend, crawl, and lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation.
