About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its Redmond property team. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, functional and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance repairs, in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by executing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of exterior areas and common spaces.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality service to residents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
