Maintenance Technician (Felix)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (Felix) to join Greystar’s property team in Santa Rosa. You will be responsible for ensuring the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, coordinating vendors, and completing all required maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and timely to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts instead of replacing them whenever possible.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily housing environment.
• Ability to work Friday‑Tuesday schedule with Wednesdays and Thursdays off; on‑call availability required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and code standards.
