Maintenance Technician – Eton Warner Center

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Eton Warner Center – from apartments to common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite role involves responding to resident requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing them in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and amenity upkeep by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as RealPage, Onesite, Leonardo, or HappyCO.
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday and follow established safety and procedural guidelines.
