Maintenance Supervisor – Riverside Station

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Riverside Station community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of staff, vendors and contractors to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspections.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while staying within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Assist the Community Manager with additional maintenance-related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and perform repairs according to established policies.
• Experience overseeing make‑ready processes and coordinating vendors.
• Capability to develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for property areas.
• Skill in inspecting work performed by staff and external service providers.
• Competence in inventory management and budgeting for maintenance supplies.
• Commitment to completing scheduled preventative maintenance activities.
