Maintenance Supervisor – Redmond

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Redmond property team. In this role you will oversee all technical and mechanical work to ensure the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team and provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Manage external vendors, coordinate service requests and follow up on warranties.
• Develop and enforce standards for property cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Perform routine inspections and address repairs, including hot‑water system maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory and preventive‑maintenance schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance operations in a residential or commercial setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vendor relationships.
• Commitment to safety standards and high‑quality service delivery.
