Maintenance Supervisor – Prose New Hope

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Prose New Hope community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, and collaborate with the Community Manager to order materials within budget.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate vendors, manage inventory, and oversee make‑ready activities.
• Attention to detail for inspecting work and ensuring compliance with Greystar standards.
