Maintenance Supervisor – Hamilton Crossing

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities and common areas at Hamilton Crossing meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This onsite role coordinates repairs, routine upkeep and the preparation of vacant units for new residents.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other building systems to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose building defects and execute repairs safely and efficiently.
• Experience managing work orders and coordinating vendor services.
• Strong organizational skills to track inspections, punch lists and maintenance records.
