Maintenance Supervisor – Geary Courtyard

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Geary Courtyard, a high‑rise residential community, remain clean, safe, and fully functional. You will lead technical and mechanical work, respond to resident requests, and uphold the company’s standards for appearance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine upkeep and repairs on buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Diagnose and resolve defects reported through work orders, following safety codes and company policies.
• Oversee on‑call duties and ensure timely response to emergency situations.
• Coordinate with residents and internal teams to prioritize service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule with on‑call availability.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer‑service orientation for interacting with residents.

Required skills

• Technical mechanical repair and maintenance of building systems.
• Familiarity with Yardi property‑management software (a plus).
• Knowledge of safety standards and local building codes.
