Logistics Representative

About the role

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Logistics Representative to support the F/A-18 Kuwait Pilot Training Program at Naval Air Station Joint Base Reserve New Orleans. The role provides direct logistical support to the Kuwait Air Force (KAF) in a field environment, handling material movement, inventory, and coordination with military supply systems.

Key responsibilities

• Package, ship, track, and report status of KAF‑owned material, including repairables, consumables, hazmat, and support equipment.
• Coordinate with the NAVSUP Supply Support Logistics Element Manager and manage inventory shortages with the Aviation Supply Department.
• Act as liaison to military supply systems, order requirements, and expedite aircraft parts.
• Track incoming and outgoing packages; serve as point‑of‑contact for carriers such as FedEx and DHL.
• Maintain inventory of all Government and Boeing property, manage pan‑stock parts, and reorder to keep minimum stock levels.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information in both paper and Enablon systems.
• Obtain GOLD ESP and Total Asset Visibility (TAV) accounts to research aircraft parts.
• Requisition personal protective equipment (PPE) and office supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel on short notice to domestic or international locations.
• Ability to relocate based on customer or management requirements.
• Eligibility to pass military contractor health standards for potential deployment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced field environment.
