About the role
A private principal in Los Angeles is seeking a polished Lifestyle Assistant to manage day‑to‑day personal operations within a highly curated, luxury environment. The role supports a small, trusted team and ensures seamless execution of wardrobe, gifting, sourcing, travel preparation, and personal projects.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and maintain wardrobes across multiple residences, handling purchases, returns, and inventory.
- Coordinate gifting initiatives, from selection to delivery.
- Source luxury products and services, liaising with brands, showrooms, and vendors.
- Prepare travel itineraries and related logistics for the principal.
- Manage personal projects, ensuring all details are executed with discretion and professionalism.
Required profile
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to handle shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in a high‑net‑worth setting.
- Prior experience supporting an ultra‑high‑net‑worth principal, executive, or private household.
