Liaison Officer (LNO) – Cyber Command Operations

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Liaison Officer (LNO) to support Cyber Command operations, mission coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning. The LNO will facilitate coordination across Cyber Command organizations and mission partners while providing technical insight, analysis, and recommendations to senior government leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Cyber Command operations and mission coordination.
• Support OCO (Operations Center) activities and mission planning.
• Integrate capabilities and coordinate operational efforts across mission partners.
• Provide technical analysis, guidance, and recommendations on mission requirements.
• Develop reports, briefings, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Maintain relationships with senior government and military stakeholders.
• Translate complex operational and technical concepts into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or operational discipline (master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD/DoW, including Cyber Command/USCYBERCOM operations.
• Proven experience in operational planning, capability integration, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience supporting OCO operations and engaging senior government and military leadership.
• Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance.
