Legal Director

About the role

The Director, Legal will act as the sole in‑house legal advisor for LATICRETE International and its affiliates, reporting directly to the CFO. This remote position supports global growth, manages risk, and ensures compliance across diverse legal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all legal affairs of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and coordinate legal services.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on corporate, regulatory, and operational matters.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support business expansion while mitigating risk.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the United States and international markets.
• Travel globally as needed to work with US and international teams.
