Leasing Professional – Redmond

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its Redmond community. In this full‑time position you will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing initiatives and leasing strategies.
• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead both virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms and ensure smooth move‑ins.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport with prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
