Leasing Professional – Next on Lex/Brio

About the role

The Leasing Professional – Next on Lex/Brio will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a stabilized community of 699 units. Working Tuesday‑Saturday, you will help achieve occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms and ensure accurate lease documentation.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout the lease term.
• Secure lease renewals and maintain resident retention metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in workforce or Essential Housing programs.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
• Experience with property management software is a plus; Entrata experience preferred.
