Leasing Professional for Village Creek Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Village Creek community, driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a smooth leasing experience from first inquiry through move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, coordinate move‑in inspections and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units and community areas to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Knowledge of local rental market conditions and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
• Attention to detail in lease preparation, move‑in inspections and data entry.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.
