Leasing Professional for Castilian Apartments

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Castilian Apartments, a stabilized 304‑unit garden‑style community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑ins, and inspect units for readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
